1. The customer shall pay the car rental fareas per the applicable rates and payment shedules prevalent at the time of booking. The Customer shall also pay parking charges, toll-charges, state tax and any other fee or levy presently payble or imposed hereinafter under applicable law/ for availing the car rental services.

2. The customer shall have to return the vahicle in the same condition as it was when rented.

3. No Smoking/Drinking inside the vehicle. If found fine up to Rs 5000.

4. In case of Damage/Scratch to the vehivle if repearing cost is up to Rs 40000, the coustomer has to pay if more than that insurance will be claimed and coustomer has to pay the remaining amount which is not covered by the claim.

5. The customer has to bear the entire reponsibility of the vehicle from the time it leaves the premises of GOCAR Hire till the time it is return.

6. Custome are liable to pay for any treffic violation tickets recived during their journey. GOCAR Hire will not responsible or liable.

7. In case of theft or use in illegal activities the customer is fully responsible, GOCAR Hire will not be responsible or liable. The liability of GOCAR Hire is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. At the time of return fuel in the vehicle should be in the same level as it was at the time of delivery. there will be not refundfor any excess fuel present.

9.Our services hours are from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm, no pickup or delivery will be entiretained outside this period.

11. The customer warrants that he/she shall abite by all procedures and guiedlines, as modified from time to time, with respect to the use of GOCAR Hire services. The customer further warrants that the user shall comply with all the applicale laws and regulations regarding the services provided by GOCAR Hire.

12. All disputes are subjected to the courts in Delhi.
